The Pastatarian Nutrition Program is designed to help anyone reach their nutritional and weight management goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, eat healthier, or improve athletic performance, one fundamental premise will help you succeed – that being that any healthy eating plan has a foundation, or core, based on nutrient dense plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains. Known as Plant-Based-Eating (PBE), you can continue to eat the foods that you are now enjoying. No foods are off limits. The key is moderation, as well as a healthy and workable balance between the foods that you need to eat and the foods that you want to eat. As the name implies, if you enjoy a good pasta meal, this program is tailor made for you.
Menu planning sessions will slowly transform your eating habits in slow and systematic steps that you can live with for the rest of your life. This program includes, but is not limited to, the following:

· Understanding nutrition labels
· Identifying good carbs and bad carbs
· Identifying good fats and bad fats
· Importance of timing of meals and snacks
