Small Group Personal Training

(Workout Parties)






Small Group Personal Training combines the guidance and expertise of private personal training sessions with the social aspect normally found in a public gym, all at a very affordable price.  If you prefer working out with others, but aren’t comfortable with a gym environment, and/or find it intimidating, Small Group Personal Training is for you.   You can recruit your friends and make your own group, or come alone and make new friends.  Training sessions last approximately 60 – 75 minutes and consist of free weight (dumbbell) and body weight training.  Participants can tone-up, lose weight, or build muscle with these workout programs.  I will demonstrate each exercise and work with you to ensure proper technique.  From beginners to advanced participants, I can create a program that will challenge you no matter what your level of experience and fitness.  Experience gym quality workouts and the social camaraderie of a gym environment in the comfort and non-intimidating environment of in-home training.


I welcome girls, guys, pairs/couples, beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts.


How are these different than Traditional PT Sessions?


Traditional Personal training sessions are limited to either one or two clients.  Therefore, the sessions are catered to each participant’s individual goals.  Small Group Personal Training sessions are more generic, and not necessarily designed towards anyone’s specific goals.  More importantly, though, Small Group Personal Training sessions are more social, allowing you to workout with other like-minded individuals, and hopefully make a new friend or two in the process.


In-Your-Home Sessions


These sessions take place in your home.  We can use equipment that you already have, or, if necessary I can bring everything that I need with me.  The ultimate in time-savings and convenience for you.

In-My-Home Sessions


These sessions take place in my home studio in Apalachin, NY (midway between Binghamton and Owego).  A tranquil, quiet, and relaxing country setting where you are my only client and receive my undivided attention.  The ultimate in unhurried, private, and personal attention that you will not find in any commercial gym.


Session Costs

$11 per person, every 10th session free




Since my charge for training you in your home factors in my travel time and expense, these rates may be slightly more than those stated above and will vary depending on where you live and your hours of availability.  No matter what the circumstances, the per-session cost will fall between $11 and $16 per participant.  I will give you an exact (no obligation) quote once I talk to you and have the specifics and before any training takes place.
