What is GentleFit Training?


GentleFit training is a low-intensity body-toning workout using light free weights and bodyweight.   It is a total body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups – arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs, butt, and legs.


Who Is GentleFit Training For?


GentleFit training is intended for beginners and those looking to return to an exercise routine from an extended absence.  It also works well for regular exercise participants looking for a low-intensity alternative to their normal workouts.  Simple, easy to follow exercises will accommodate any participant, no matter what your experience or fitness level.


In-My-Home Sessions


These sessions take place in my home studio in Apalachin, NY (midway between Binghamton and Owego).  A tranquil, quiet, and relaxing country setting where you are my only client and receive my undivided attention.  The ultimate in unhurried, private, and personal attention that you will not find in any commercial gym.


In-Your-Home Sessions


These sessions take place in your home.  We can use equipment that you already have, or, if necessary I can bring everything that I need with me.  The ultimate in time-savings and convenience for you.

Outdoor Sessions

(Weather Permitting)


Escape the confines of your normal training environment and be one with nature and wildlife while working out in a private and secluded backyard wooded garden setting.  Available through the summer months when weather permits.


How Long Will a GentleFit Training Session Last?


Sessions generally take about an hour.  If it is your first time working with me, a few additional minutes may be necessary for exercise demonstration and instruction.


How is GentleFit Training Offered?


GentleFit training is offered as both a private personal training session for singles or pairs, and also as a Workout Party for up to four participants.  Class participants must reserve their spot in the class due to its limited size.  Please email me for the days and times that the class is being offered.


What Does a GentleFit Training Session Cost?




·         $26 / single client – every 10th session free

·         $42 / two clients – every 10th session free




Since my charge for training you in your home factors in my travel time and expense, these rates may be slightly more than those stated above and will vary depending on where you live and your hours of availability.  No matter what the circumstances, the per-session cost will fall between $26 and $36.  I will give you an exact (no obligation) quote once I talk to you and have the specifics and before any training takes place.




$11 per person for Workout Parties – every 10th session free



Never any dress code for in-home training!
