BodySculpt Training (Singles, Pairs, Workout
Parties) Ripped... Toned… Chiseled… Hot… Use
whatever adjective you want to, but you know exactly what is being referred
to – a person who takes their fitness seriously and has obviously found a
program that produces results. Simply
put, their body makes heads turn. Welcome
to HIIT training. What is
HIIT Training? HIIT stands for High Intensity
Interval Training, and is a workout routine that alternates short periods of
high-intensity exercise with short periods of low intensity recovery. Overall, the workouts are shorter than
standard workouts, but much more intense. BodySculpt training sessions are
total body exercise sessions that target all of the major muscle groups –
arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs, butt, and legs. Exercises will incorporate the use of light weights and
bodyweight. What are
the Advantages of HIIT Training? If I could only do one form of
exercise for the rest of my life, it would easily be HIIT training. It is simply – hands down – the best fat
burner there is. I can burn more fat
in a 30 minute HIIT session than I do in a two-hour marathon training
run. It is NOT for building muscle
mass, but if your goal is to maintain the muscle that you have while also
burning down some stored body fat, it doesn’t get any better than this. How Does
HITT Training Work? When you exercise, you obviously
burn more calories than when you are at rest. In order to accomplish this, your body must increase its
metabolic rate to generate the additional energy needed throughout the
workout. Once the exercise session is
complete, your metabolic rate slowly returns to its resting level. The amount of time that it takes to
complete that recovery is referred to as the Excess Post-exercise Oxygen
Recovery (EPOC) period. The higher
that you raise your metabolic rate during your workout, the longer it takes
to return to its resting level. Since
HITT training is so intense, it supercharges the metabolic rate, resulting in
a much longer EPOC period. Some
studies show nine times more fat being burned as the result of a HIIT/ EPOC
session. Who is
BodySculpt Training For? BodySculpt training can be
tailored to any client. Males, females, beginners and seasoned veterans are
all welcome, as are all age groups.
If it is our first time training together, we will determine your
current fitness level and proceed appropriately. NOTE: The small group exercise class
can handle participants of varying fitness levels, so everyone from beginners
to experienced fitness enthusiasts are welcome. Anyone can achieve great
results with HITT training, but participants who have already established a
foundation of fitness will see the most benefits. In-My-Home Sessions These
sessions take place in my home studio in Apalachin, NY (midway between
Binghamton and Owego). A tranquil,
quiet, and relaxing country setting where you are my only client and receive
my undivided attention. The ultimate
in unhurried, private, and personal attention that you will not find in any
commercial gym. In-Your-Home Sessions (Binghamton-Owego area only) These
sessions take place in your home. We
can use equipment that you already have, or, if necessary I can bring
everything that I need with me. The
ultimate in timesaving and convenience for you. How Long
Will a BodySculpt Training Session Last? Sessions generally take about
40-45 minutes. If it is your first
time working with me, a few additional minutes may be necessary for exercise
demonstration and instruction. How is
BodySculpt Training Offered? BodySculpt training is offered
as both a private personal training session for singles or pairs, and also as
a Workout Party for up to four participants.
Class participants must reserve their spot in the class due to its
limited size. Please email me for the
days and times that the class is being offered. What
Does a BodySculpt Training Session Cost? MY HOME $26 for
a single client – every 10th session free $42 for
pairs / couples – every 10th session free $11 per
person for Workout Parties - every 10th session free YOUR
HOME Since my charge for training you
in your home factors in my travel time and expense, these rates may be
slightly more than those stated above and will vary depending on where you
live and your hours of availability.
No matter what the circumstances, the per-session cost will fall between
$26 and $36. I will give you an exact
(no obligation) quote once I talk to you and have the specifics and before
