Weekly menu planning sessions will slowly transform your eating habits in slow and systematic steps that you can live with for the rest of your life.  As these changes are made, they will be recorded in a computer program that will monitor every aspect of your diet and ensure that the proper macronutrients are being consumed in the proper proportions to meet your exact needs.
